Job description
We are hiring Medical Call Processors/Reps to join our elite call center team of Agents in El Paso, Texas who process inbound calls from physicians, nurses, and patients.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of inbound call center experience and will be professional, positive, & detail-oriented. Bilingual in Spanish is required. You must be able to work a flexible, rotating, part-time schedule to include at least one shift on the weekends and available to work holidays as required.

Responsibilities:
1.Greeting callers politely and per account protocols.
2.Searching and properly confirming a directory.
3.Promptly and correctly processing calls per account protocols.
4.Taking short messages or status information from the caller. Properly confirming message or status information with the caller.
5.Paging or calling the message when required, and as instructed, by account protocols.

Requirements:
•HS diploma or equivalent is required.
•Two years inbound call center experience.
•Must be Spanish bilingual.
•Open availability needed; must be able to work a part -time schedule with flexible hours between 6 a.m. – 1 a.m., including weekends and holidays.
•This position will work from home after successful completion of training; candidates need a PC desktop/laptop, high-speed internet, and cable/landline home phone.
